How elapsed COPR holders can come to Canada?

Canadian government has announced guidelines for those individuals with expired Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) for travel to Canada.

Elapsed COPR holders have to renew their documents before they travel. If not renewed they will not be allowed to into Canada with their elapsed documents.
